I am Majed Taha, from Canada. I am honoured to be in China and to know many good, kind Chinese friends, specially mr. Guo and Ms. Zhao of the Chenggong Yucai, who they giving me the opportunity to practice my educational expertise in their school. I thank Mr. Guo and Ms. Zhao, and all the teachers and colleagues for their encouragement, support and efforts to make my mission easy and successful.

My plans in this school are:
1. Helping to improve the teaching methods.
2. Helping the students to improve their oral English.
3. Educating the students to think positively about themselves and about education.
4. Educating the students to be good listeners and concentrators. (Listening and concentrationare one of the keys for success.)
5. Training the students to become positive thinkers, to use the power of thinking.
6. Training the students to become good speakers.
7. Training the teachers how to lead the classroom successfully.
8. Holding meetings with the teachers to exchange experiences and solve teaching problems.
Teaching is not only reading books, it is an art of building students to become good citizens.
The responsibilities of the teachers are big; teachers can help the students to be successful in their life, not only in the school. The teachers have the most affect on the students more than anyone.
Teacher is an ideal for students, so, the teacher should be qualified to this holy mission. The teacher should be ready to give and sacrifice.
